Building A Deal Flow Pipeline

 

1. Recruiting Originators For You

We recruit "existing" Originators (Mortgage Brokers, RE Agents & Brokers, Commercial Loan Brokers, ect.) for your lending company to then receive their deal flow.

Here is what we do for you:

  • You tell us what originator type to target (Mortgage Brokers, Commercial Loan Brokers, ect.).
  • We target the chosen originator by type/types, and by state where your company lends.
  • We can also target people into “becoming” loan Originators/referral agents, for your company to then receive their deal flow (RE Agents, Real Estate Lawyers, other potential non-broker originators/referral-agents).
  • We then outbound call the target originators to:
    • Promote & inform them of your loan company & loan products.
    • Negotiate with them to make sure your origination fee will encourage their borrower referals/deal flow.
    • Sign them up onto our platform and place you on their favorites list ready to refer you borrowers.
    • Entice them to embed your loan application directly into their originator website (tagged with their Go Fish ID), and possbily encourage them to embed your loan app into other sites (to give them credit).
    • Entice them to place your loan application link onto their business cards, flyers, other print materials, via QR Code, scannable by borrowers to take them directly to your online loan application.

 

2. How We Ensure Your Lending Company Receives The Recruited Originator's Deal Flow 

GFO can restrict what lending companies each originator sees. We can restrict their view based on loan type and states where you lend.

 

3. Optional: Hire Publishers or Media Influencers

This could include bringing on Publishers or Media Influencers to create online postings or articles in online magazines or newspapers to promote a specific lender. Such articles can be written such as "The Best Mortgage Lender For Refinancing" or "Thinking About A Reverse Mortgage - Here's What You Have To Know" or "Things To Know When Buying A House."

 

4. Optional: We Can Feature Your Lending Company To All Originators

We could also "feature" your lending company (and generous loan origination fee) to all of the loan originators on our platform in either a specially sent out email or in our regular emails to all originators. We can also place a special message/promotion directly onto the dashboard of each originator's Go Fish Originators Admin Panel.

 

5. Optional: Hold A Flash Sale To All Originators

You have the option to temporarily hold something similar to a "flash sale" by engaging us to help you conduct the following:

Step 1: Promote to all target originators on our platform that you will be temporarily raising your loan origination fee/referral-fee from 3% to 5.5% for the month of January. Doing this on a regular basis is a good way to bring originators into your pipeline where they typically stay after they found your lending company.

Step 2: Simply adjust your loan-origination/referral-fee in the "Settings" tab of your GFO Admin Panel.
