We can do this by restricting what lending companies the originator sees for the particular loan types that you offer.

(Lenders compete to offer the highest loan origination fee and loan originators compete to offer their deal flow at the lowest cost)
- Hire Publishers or Media Influencers:
This could include bringing on Publishers or Media Influencers to create online postings or articles in online magazines or news papers to promote that lender. Such articles can be written such as "The Best Mortgage Lender For Refinancing" or "Thinking About A Reverse Mortgage - Here's What You Have To Know" or "Things To Know When Buying A House"
- Feature Your Lending Company To All Originators:
We could also "feature" your lending company and loan origination fee to all of the loan originators on our platform regularly on the platform and in our regular emails to originators.
- We Can Directly Promote Your Lending Company To Borrowers That Seek Brokers:
GFO can directly promote your loan products to borrowers by enabling them to choose a loan or mortgage broker on our platform. These brokers work closely with the borrowers and guide them to your loan application.
- Feature Your Lending Company On Our Lender Index:
Additionally, GFO is building a publicly accessible index of lenders, where we can enhance the visibility of your lending company, increasing its frequency in search results.
